Currently, there are many legal issues arising from piracy problem. The piracy issues can be illegal download of songs and movies, and trademark as well. The common piracy issue is the illegal downloading of songs and movies. Everyone can easily get the songs or the movies from some web services provider without paying any money. This has created some problems to the producers of songs and movies because they lose up many of their revenues from there. Thus, there is down trend of those industries whose is producing such products. However, there is a new proposed law in UK where there will be an action taken against the users who use their account access to pirated material by the internet services provider. As the result, any users who get caught will be brought to court and face the compound imposed.
